How to Frame

Recommendations for framing your new Kenton Nelson poster or print

  • Black, square-edged matte frame giving a timeless, bold outline to set off the artwork

  • Single off white or cream mat, about 2.5 - 3.5 inches in width all around (larger images look better with larger mat area to set it off)

  • An additional accent mat in black adds extra pop and drama to the presentation, if you like that look (see sample above right vs. single mat on left)

  • Request UV glass that has sun protection built in

  • For signed prints, request an additional 1/2 inch of space beneath the image, to accommodate and display the artist’s signature
